Cafe Sketches: Equator Coffee at the GGB Roundhouse, 4/2024

The Roundhouse at the Golden Gate Bridge used to be a restaurant, then changed to the GGB gift shop, and is now a cafe serving Equator Coffees. I used to work at the GGB as a Senior Bridge Engineer and would stop by the Roundhouse to pick up gifts for friends and relatives. Now, I can stop here on my moto rides, order a mocha, and enjoy the gorgeous view.

Santa Cruz's Otter 841 inspires me to rethink the lives of otters. They are curious and want to be part of the fun. Here, 841 is lounging with her friend Dungeness when some surfers disrupt her playtime...

Art Changes, Opening Reception, 5/2024

Art Changes Student Exhibition, 5/2024

Last year, I was honored to submit a video discussing my Lion Dance series of artworks for City of Alameda Art Education Foundation. The Foundation provides art education and programs to Alameda students. The organizers also use the submitted videos to inspire students to create art in their own style.

This month, the art inspired by my video will be exhibited at the Art Changes Student Exhibition at Rhythmix Cultural Works, 2513 Blanding Avenue, Alameda. The opening reception is Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Stop in and say "hello" if you're in town.
