Big crack 'n jacks

Should we be worried driving under the Salesforce Transit Center?
I mean, there are just hydraulic jacks supporting cracked beams.
Nothing could happen here, right?

Early Fall outing for Jammerz

Our Art Jam group conducted a field trip to view our "Whale" mural at Lincoln Park Pool in Alameda California. This was a group mural, finished in the summer of 2018, and our first time viewing it on display.

Afterwards, we headed to Yojimbo, a local Japanese ramen house, to view an Art Jam exhibition of Miyazaki inspired artwork. Fun fun fun on a Tuesday night.

Downtown upgrades

It's not just Uptown, it's downtown too. In a year, we might not recognize Oakland.

Uptown makeover, Oakland CA

Oakland is transforming dramatically, and quickly. Since I changed jobs and no longer commute downtown, it looks like a new city to me when I come into town on the weekends. Who knows what it will look like (or feel like) by next year.
