OMCA Friday Night, 9/28/18

I will be exhibiting new works at Oakland Museum of California's Friday Night event. This is a lively festival with food trucks, music, and other local craft/art vendors. Stop by and say hello if you are in the area.

Early Fall outing for Jammerz

Our Art Jam group conducted a field trip to view our "Whale" mural at Lincoln Park Pool in Alameda California. This was a group mural, finished in the summer of 2018, and our first time viewing it on display.

Afterwards, we headed to Yojimbo, a local Japanese ramen house, to view an Art Jam exhibition of Miyazaki inspired artwork. Fun fun fun on a Tuesday night.

Uptown makeover, Oakland CA

Oakland is transforming dramatically, and quickly. Since I changed jobs and no longer commute downtown, it looks like a new city to me when I come into town on the weekends. Who knows what it will look like (or feel like) by next year.
